Inspired by the scintillating costuming and cinematography of the art deco period, New York bridal designer Alexandra Grecco brings a luminous nostalgia to her collection of romantic wedding gowns.
Before launching her debut bridal collection – Collection I – in the summer of 2014, Alexandra Grecco was busy building her brand with a small shop on Etsy where she was specialising in pretty, colourful tulle skirts. Her ballet-inspired pieces soon gained a cult following with fashion bloggers and trendy bridesmaids looking for separates all over the world and before long Alexadra Grecco was appearing in Anthropolgie and cementing her name as one-to-watch.
Fast-forward to today and Alexandra Grecco’s foray into the world of wedding dresses has been a breath of fresh air for brides looking for soft, ethereal gowns stemmed in tradition.
