Well, it’s officially the first week of summer and although some may think it naive and probably a little foolish, but I’m holding out hope for it to be the hottest summer on record! (You have to think like this when 90% of your friends have left the country, see?) Anyway, I’m ignoring the goose bumps on my forearms, and all the girls I saw in winter coats on their way to work this morning, and injecting a bit of sun into today’s blog. And what does sun mean? Ice cream! This ice cream inspired wedding palette is a cute and whimsical muse for a high summer wedding. An old school ice cream van, vintage-style tea length dress, bowties and a whole heap of stripy goodness; what’s not to feel happy about?
Now I’m off to schedule a Bank Holiday Monday visit to Teddy’s for my troubles…
