I lost about 2.5 stone before the wedding, and have put it all back on (plus another pound ) since.
Really disgusted at myself. It started to creep on during the honeymoon and then I just lost all motivation. Im really feeling down on myself now so Im back into it from tomorrow! Step 1, back to porridge for brekkie! Ive done it once and I know I can do it again!
