Berocca first thing in the morning, snack on a banana if you feel you are hitting a slump and a few drops of Rescue Remedy Sleep on your tongue at bedtime to help you have a calm mind and good sleep. Try not to set an alarm as this can make you sub-consciously anxious and try to wake naturally.

Anyone remember our old friend ProPlus? Had its heyday back in early 90s. I invite you now to reflect on all the wild shennanigans it facilitated, but don't pause too long for you might work yourself up into a frenzied craving for the accompanying sausage sandwich.
Where's Redbull at these days on the hierarchy of dismissed stimulants? Sank a load of that one weekend to keep me going through work but ended up seeing a mouse running about. Was sure I was hallucinating but it turned out to be an actual mouse. How disappointing. Not recommended.

Thanks for the advice people. I might try the auld berocca and rescue remedy combination. So very tired right now but still so much to do so gotta keep plugging away at it all. I'll just make sure to have something nice to do when I get through all this stuff!

The minute I read the title it screamed Berocca!
Get some Girlfrommars it really does work and when I need to relax I make myself a decaf and light a lavender candle and a good old choc digestive biscuit.

I'm the same at the moment, working about 18hrs a day on various projects and getting approx 4-6hrs sleep. I'm finding that eating more than usual, healthy but filling foods, sandwiches, pasta, chicken dishes and plenty of fluids is helping. (not great for the diet but if sleep is lacking, food can help to some extent).
Also, I am very consciously taking breaks inbetween things and also just walking outside for a few mins when I feel its getting on top of me. It miGHT sound mad, but a few mins of silence and fresh air to breath can help revitalise.
I'm taking pharma nord multivitamins too and finding they are defo giving me a boost. Re sleep, I suffer insomnia sometimes so when I cant sleep I'm putting on some music and lying in bed until I drift. Oh and I booked a wknd away for 8wks time when all this madness is done so when I'm really struggling I just keep reminding myself of that
HTH

For getting to sleep I have recently started listening to music on you tube - I've searched deep sleep, help me to sleep etc and usually find sonething. I had one that talked you through relaxing, it was 10 mins long and I've never heard the end of it (can't find it anymore though
) I find when I do this I have a far better sleep and don't wake until my alarm.

Hi Girl From Mars, Berroca always does the trick for me and drummerswife2b if you have an i-phone there are some apps available I've only ever used one called Silva Relax and like you I never get to the end of it and sleep all through the night, so maybe try that GFM I know it sounds a bit mad but it really works.
