Hi mrsfago and thanks for your email.

I am sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced, and appreciate you letting me know.

We have passed this on to our technical team, could I ask that you try again in a couple of days.

If I can be of further help please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

Kind regards,

Everytme I see that ad on tv it annoys me, I never got a pack from them and when I emailed them they said they would investigate but never got back to me. One of my friends also registered and never got her pack either. It's basically false advertising if they aren't sending out the packs, I wonder what percentage of people who register actually receive the packs?....

+ 1 on the ad! I'd love to know the % also it would be interesting.

overdemoon, i'd still email them and ask them is it on the way.

I googled it a while back and ended up reading a load of UK forums where people were saying they didn't get theirs either. Very annoying.
