I'm following the extra easy plan, red and green days are too complicated for my little brain!
I like to keep track of what I eat each day, so I thought we could share what we've eaten as we might get some inspiration for some new recipes or combinations.
Today's menu for me is:
Breakfast
Cherry Mullerlight with a chopped banana and half a melon
Lunch
2 Chicken legs with skin removed, a few Seafood sticks, corn on the cob.
Nectarine and a Pear.
Dinner
Home Made Burgers made with onion and garlic, Home Made chips, Wholemeal Roll (HE B) 30g Cheddar (HE A) and a big salad, also putting tomato, lettuce and onion in the burger.
Syns
Few dashes of Milk in tea, might have a cheeky tablespoon of Ketchup with my chips
