I am based in Co. Meath but I work nationwide and abroad. I have also photographed destination weddings in Portugal, Spain and Italy. I am a full time wedding and portrait photographer and I am fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

From our very first conversation, David understood exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day itself, he had a wonderful, calming energy that instantly put us and our guests at ease.
He didn’t miss any precious moment and captured the most amazing photos that we will cherish forever.
We received a sneak peek slideshow and then the full gallery which we were in awe with, filled with photos of moments that we had completely forgotten happened.

David was absolutely fantastic. I honestly cannot praise him enough. He went above and beyond anything we ever expected. His pictures are beautiful and managed to catch some truly magical and special moments. He is so approachable, friendly and willing to make your day as special as can be. Honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is so good, three people in my family have used him as their wedding photographer.

We can't recommend David highly enough and probably haven't got the words to give a full and accurate review but will give it a try. David has been excellent to deal with for our wedding photography. We moved our date once and we were delighted David was still available for our second date. Shortly after our engagement, we went to meet David and from that meeting, we knew he was who we wanted to photograph our wedding. David is so professional, kind and pleasant and his vast experience is clearly evident in his work and how he approaches his work and dealing with clients. David arrived the morning of our wedding and was with us from bridal prep right up to our first dance. He even made time that morning to nip up to the grooms house to get some great snaps there. David blended is so well throughout the day, he was so chilled and had us all chilled and relaxed. David very much so let us lead and guide our day and suggested photo opportunities which we were delighted with. I even thought of a few shots during the day and asked David if he could get them and he already had photographed them. David got on very well with our videographer and both gentlemen were the talk of our bridal party because they were so easygoing and brought great fun and laughs to the day with us. We've received our pictures from David and we are so happy with them, it's bringing back all the memories of the day. What we loved also is David took loads of candid shots of our guests throughout the day so it was great for us to see the enjoyment and fun our guests were having. David also provided us with an alternative option to the parent gifts and we were able to present them with framed family shots during the speeches. Also instead of a guest book, David prepared a shot of us framed with a large framed signature board which our guests were able to sign, this looks fantastic and will take pride of place on our wall. A huge big thank you to David, a true gentlemen and professional and we highly recommend him.

We got married on the 08/08/2021 and it was the best day of our lives and David captured our day perfectly.
He was so much more than a photographer on the day. But let me take you back to how it started. So we meet David in Portlaois on the 19th February 2019 to discuss our day. David came to meet us in a hotel where he displayed his work- it was something else. He was offering so much more than what I researched to other photographers and it just felt right. We got our usb of all our photos, wedding album along with signed signature frame on the day, he included 2 printed and framed photos on the day for both our parents and another one with my grandad. I will get to this later. So with all that said we booked him straight away for our supposed wedding for June 2020. However Covid had different plans. There was numerous phonecalls and emails with so many changes of dates, times and venues. However throughout all the uncertainity, David could not have been more accommodating and supportive to us.
So fast forward 14 months on, we eventually got to our day and as I said David captured our day perfectly. And David was so much more than a photographer on the day, from putting in buttonholes on suits to personally driving me and my husband to see my poorly grandad in hospital where he got some very special photos that I will treasure forever. David went above and beyond, on the day and really just got our personalities. No shot was left uncaptured and he checked in with me throughout day. He was not in our faces snapping, he captured our shots naturally, with the few posed ones. All I can say guys, ye won't be disappointed. Go check him out. Myself and my husband used DMC Photography for our wedding. David was great to work with. He was very relaxed and didn't put us under any pressure on the day. Our bridal party were equally impressed with David's approach on the day. David was very flexible to our needs, went above and beyond to accommodate additional requests and overall was a really nice person to work with. I don't know where to start with David, for us he ticked every box. He was much more than a photographer on the day, we felt he managed the flow of the day and kept everything running smoothly. With him we never felt overwhelmed and were able to relax and enjoy each aspect of the day, while still capturing all the important moments.
We could see that he really enjoys his work and he became for us a prominent figure on the day. He has a calm and caring manner, but is also able to be assertive when required to ensure the day ran to schedule. His collaborative work ethic was also evident with the other vendors.
As for the photographs themselves we could not be more pleased. The quality and essence of the day is reflected in each one. An opportunity was never missed. We can now look back and relive every moment of the day through these photos.

David took our wonderful engagement photos. He offered his services to me on very short notice after hearing through the grapevine I was going to pop the question to my beautiful fianc? while staying at the same resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
The photos capture a moment that is so special for me and my fianc? I can't thank him enough. Everything was improvised including the location and the timing, but David was poised and ready for that special moment at the drop of a hint from me. Everything worked out perfectly with the pictures and the best of all is that she said yes!
David came through for me in the clutch. His positivity and professionalism actually made the whole experience much less stressful than it was going to be for me. We?ll always cherish this memory you captured for us.

Absolutely brilliant photographer, all the little extras provided in the packages drew our attention in the beginning and once we met David he just put us at ease with everything. On the day he was brilliant, guests ask all the time who he is and then the turnaround for getting the photographs after the wedding was just amazing! Would highly recommend.

David was absolutely fantastic in all aspects, before the wedding with the preparations, the day of the wedding, and afterwards with the speed of delivery of pictures and album. On the day of our wedding in particular, having David there was almost like having a wedding planner! He took care of so many little details that you would not expect of your photographer. He goes above and beyond in every way. Aside from being a complete gentleman, he is an excellent photographer. He captures the events beautifully and has a real natural style which is exactly what we wanted. We received compliments from all of our wedding party about his natural and unimposing presence. Everyone felt very comfortable around him. We had no sooner returned from honeymoon when our pictures were ready. We would highly recommend David for your day.

We first met David last March and after a few minutes we knew we had the right photographer. David is extremely generous with his time and indeed his packages. Nothing was a problem and he was always calm and relaxed and he put everyone at their ease on the day. David met us a couple of months before the wedding at the venue and we walked around and picked out the shots we wanted. He took our engagement shoot this day also and this relaxed us totally for the big day. On the day itself he was there right on time, Blended in to the crowd and you would not know he was there. He organised a second photographer and a fantastic photo booth as part of the package. We could not be more happy with the photos DMC Photography took on the day and we have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective clients. John & Liz

We cannot recommend David highly enough, he was fantastic on the day, he made me feel really at ease from the moment he arrived, nothing was too much for him. All the guests commented on how good he was and how friendly he was. He gave us two signed frames and two copies for parents, they are absolutely beautiful and really different. I would highly recommend him for any wedding and will be doing so to all our friends!

David was a joy to work with - he's very easy going and professional. He made us feel at ease on the day and all our guests commented on how friendly he was when interacting with him. He worked so hard all day -from first thing, until after the first dance. We got two beautifully framed pictures from that very day to gift our mothers with at the dinner and we've a lovely framed photo of ourselves from the day which was signed by everyone on the day. I highly recommended David to be photographer at your wedding! Having received quotes from lots of photographers we found David's to be the best package, in terms of pricing and the package inclusions! We're living in Australia so it was great to talk to David beforehand on Skype and go through the kind of photos we wanted.
David travelled to Limerick to our wedding and he really put us all at ease from the start! Himself and our videographer worked so well together all day, it was like they had known each other for years even though they had just met! David was great to work with, so professional, and he took so many wonderful photos.
He really kindly offered to put a rush on the editing of our photos as we were going back to Australia shortly after the wedding - we received our usb with nearly 750 photos within a week of the wedding (bearing in mind we got married on Dec 22nd so he was busy over Christmas!). I really don't know how we'll choose which ones to print! :)

Wowsers..so much to say about David. We met him by chance when we were arranging our wedding and instantly felt comfortable with him. He was so patient with all our guests especially the little ones, he met with us before and never forgot which pictures were important to us, you would honestly not know he was taking some of the pics and they are amazing..so natural. Found DMC photography fantastic. Very professional and punctual on the day. Got on with everyone and love the quality of the pics. Any picture I wanted taken it was done no problem. Also brought a large frame for the guests to pose with which we weren't expecting and everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend.

Hope you are well. We love our wedding photos, you've done a great job and it's so difficult to choose! My mum and dad came over on Monday and spent 2 hours just looking. There were ooohs and ahhhs all afternoon. We are amazed at some of the photos when you have captured people unaware and some of the expressions are priceless.The beautiful framed photos with messages from our guests has taken pride of place in our home and all our visitors comment on it. It was great to have this done so quickly on the day and our guests were delighted to leave messages there and then.

The pictures are fab and so many of them to choose from. We want to say a huge thank you, you captured so much and stayed with us all day. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. We left a few sore heads behind us on Sunday. I'll have a quick chat with Justin about the music and get back to you later today. Hi David,Just wanted to send you a quick message to say a massive Thank You for capturing our day with such professionalism and feeling. Several of our guests commented on how good you were and how nice you were to have around during the day. We have just received our DVDs and cant wait to sit down over Christmas to look through all 750 odd photos. What we have seen so far though are fantastic.
The best part of the day for us was getting the framed photos back which were signed by each of our guests, brilliant idea and really helps us to capture our guests moods when it is so difficult to get around to see everyone.Once again, thank you so much, we would highly recommend you going forward. We just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful disc's we received off you today, with our winter wonderland wedding photo's and DVD of our church ceremony as an added bonus!! You were so quick in getting them all done and we appreciated the call when we came back from honeymoon to say that they were all ready.
The disc's are presented beautifully, and the music you chose to go with the photo show, is so perfect to match our snowy day.
We are absolutely thrilled with the photo's, they are exactly as we had discussed, some formal family shots but mostly casual ones as we asked taken when people weren't even aware you were there and they turned out amazing. Some of them brought tears to my eyes especially the ones with our son.
Nothing was a problem for you to do for us, and dealing with you has been a complete pleasure from the time we met with you to discuss getting you to do our photo's, the call's in the run up to our day, the calls afterwards and today the photos!! You even spent the whole day with us, from managing to get to my Mum's house in the snow, to the amazing pic's on the roof top of Trim Castle in the snow that night. Your attention to detail in the pictures is brilliant, some things I hadn't even noticed on the day with all the excitement and it was wonderful to see them.
We could not recommend you highly enough, and have done so to all our family and friends.
We will be in touch regarding our album, and will be using you for any events or family photo's in future.

Nothing was a problem for him. He got the most beautiful pics and captured every aspect of the day. Most of the time I didnt even no he was taking pics until I received my gallery back. Within 48hours David sent me the most both beautiful highlights video. (That i cant stop playing again and again).
He had our gallery edited back to me both online and on a memory stick with 2wks. I can honestly say booking David was without a doubt the best decision I made for my big day (Other my saying " I do" obviously)
