We are a mother-daughter duo, who perform nationwide and internationally for weddings, corporate performances and concerts.
From our diverse repertoire ranging from modern love songs to jazz, Celtic to classical, we design a unique program for each couple and make arrangements of any piece of music you would particularly like to be included. We are also singers so you can have a mixture of vocal and instrumental music throughout your ceremony. Through meticulous planning, we specialize in handling the ideas and visions of every couple with care and dedication, which allows us to create the perfect program that celebrates and reflects you both.
Our harps are the perfect match for all styles of venues, and all parts of the wedding day - not only are they an ideal choice for any ceremony type, but Harp Duets can continue the same romantic atmosphere at the drinks reception, and during the dinner.

The beautiful music that Harp Duets provided for our ceremony was truly one of the highlights of the entire day for me. Alida was so warm and professional every step of the way and just an absolute joy to work with. I had very specific songs in mind for the ceremony and none of them were even in their repertoire but they accommodated every single one with enthusiasm and played everything on the day exactly as I’d pictured it. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough and only wish I had another event to organise so I could hear them play again!

Alida and Edel were incredible from start to finish. Their repertoire was so extensive but they also played some more modern songs for us that had a lot of meaning. We had so many compliments about our ceremony music and could not be more pleased with Harp Duets.

We chose Edel and Alida to play the harps for our wedding ceremony and the canapes after, and they were a stunning duo. We organised everything from overseas and they made it so easy with clear communication via email and and video calls that they never forgot. Their harp skills were impeccable and they provided amazing music for our wedding day, and they also have great vocals to add to their abilities. We are very happy we chose Harp Duets and would recommend them to anyone!

We were absolutely delighted to have Harp Duets perform at our wedding reception. Their instrumental harp music was truly exquisite, elegant, soothing, and perfectly suited to the atmosphere we wanted to create. They brought a beautiful sense of sophistication to the day.

We could not recommend Alida and Edel more. They were extremely professional to deal with. The music was just so beautiful, we were awestruck by their skill, and made the wedding ceremony incredibly special and personal for both of us. We were so thrilled that Alida and Edel also accommodated requests for songs that were meaningful to our families, and there were many tears during a rendition of a song my grandfather used to sing. It really was one of the best decisions we made on our wedding day.

Dealing with Alida from the very beginning she was so approachable, friendly, accommodating and full of knowledge. No request went unanswered & she sent over a demo of a few songs that weren't on her list which I had requested to be played. From start to finish everything was so smooth & stress-free. The harp throughout the ceremony was lovely & we had so many compliments about it. Was so happy to have found them & that they had our date free. Highly, highly recommend!!

Alida and Edel were absolutely lovely to talk to and so responsive throughout the whole process. They were extremely flexible and played every song we asked for without any problem. We were amazed at how flawlessly they performed all of our unique song choices. They delivered a perfect performance that made the day extra special and memorable for us and our guests. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding!

Alida and Edel performed at our "welcome night" on Friday at Luttrellstown Castle. They performed beautifully and were a tremendous hit with our guests.
More importantly, they were super easy to work with. Very professional, responsive, and flexible -- and had a tremendous repertoire + the willingness to play additional songs outside their repertoire for us. The whole performance was really tailored to the types of music that spoke to us. They brought our vision to reality and we are very glad we were able to have them play at our event!

We got married in August this year at Luttrellstown castle and the Harp Duet played at our wedding - drinks reception and ceremony. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The music was beautiful from start to finish and the harp really added to the ceremony atmosphere - it was magical. Our guests commented on how exceptional the music was and loved every second of it. I was in contact with Alida through email and she was professional, friendly and responsive. Overall we’ve had a brilliant experience and would recommend the Harp Duet to anyone looking to add something special to their event.

Harp Duets played the music for our wedding ceremony, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have a wide repertoire of music, ranging from classical, to traditional Celtic, to movie and video game pieces - so much so it was hard to narrow down our selection. But on top of that, they catered to individual pieces we had asked them to play. Alida was a pure professional the whole process, always being responsive to queries and experienced to recommend what pieces to go when during the ceremony. Our guests highly praised the music and singing performed by Harp Duets, and we couldn’t recommend Harp Duets more to any couple with an upcoming wedding.

Harp Duets played for our Dublin City Hall wedding this Summer and we couldn’t recommend these two ladies more!
They were easy to communicate with, very flexible with songs and very organised and professional on the day.
They played beautifully as I walked down the aisle ,during our ceremony , for our exit and all through our drinks reception.

Both of the harpists are excellent. They consulted with us regarding the pieces and were quick to reply and respond. They have an extensive repertoire and experience and cater to all different genres. For example in our wedding they started with Pachebel and finished with Pink Pony Club. They also adapted music from Carmen an opera which we love for the harp with ease. They created a lovely atmosphere at the beginning and end to and it added a lot to the ceremony. I couldn’t recommend them more !
