• Nominations are open to all wedding suppliers and venues, customers and non-customers of weddingsonline.ie.
• The Newcomer category is only open to businesses that commenced in the last 2 years.
• Non-Irish businesses and venues must enter one of the Destination Wedding categories.
• Hotels can only enter the Restaurant category if the restaurant is running as a separate business entity.
• The Wedding Entertainment category excludes bands, DJs, musicians and singers, who should instead enter their individual categories.
• Agencies may not compete in categories against individuals in the awards. If you wish to enter, please contact awards@weddingsonline.ie and we will help you find a suitable category.
• If there are not enough entrants in any category, we will offer an alternative category or arrange a refund.
• Late entries may not be accepted.
• One verified vote per email address is allowed.
• No refunds are given after voting goes live.
• Non-payment of the nomination fee may result in exclusion from the awards.
• Tickets for the gala event on Wednesday 3rd March 2027 at Lyrath Estate are sold on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately there is no reserving of tickets, and seating is allocated from the front of the room in the order bookings are received.
