Timeline & Process for the weddingsonline Awards 2027

1. Nomination stage

   Friday 7th August 2026 to Friday 4th September 2026

   Fill out and submit your nomination form and complete payment. Enter as many categories as fit your business.

2. Voting stage

   Monday 14th September 2026 to Monday 5th October 2026, 9.00am

   Canvass your supporters, couples, friends, family and staff, to vote for you and reach the shortlist. One verified vote per email address.

3. Finalists announced

   Friday 9th October 2026

   Entrants are notified by email, and the finalists are published on this site and across our social channels.

4. Submission stage

   Friday 9th October 2026 to Friday 6th November 2026

   Finalists complete a submission form showing examples of their work and reviews for independent judge evaluation: 60% submission, 20% website and social media, 20% online reviews.

5. Gala tickets on sale

   Tuesday 13th October 2026

   Buy your Gala tickets early to secure the best seats! We seat guests from the front of the room as bookings are received, so the earlier you book, the closer you'll be to the action.

6. The Gala Awards Ceremony

   Wednesday 3rd March 2027, Lyrath Estate

   Winners are announced live on the night, with live updates across Facebook and Instagram.
