Wednesday 12th October 2022 – Nominations open. Entrants fill out and submit a nomination
form and complete payment.

Friday 4th November 2022 – Nominations close, categories confirmed (3 entrants minimum for
a category to go forward)

Monday 14th November 2022 – The voting stage opens! Now that you have nominated your
company or venue, you must canvas for votes from your supporters to be in with a chance of
making the shortlist for the top wedding suppliers and venues in Ireland.

Monday 28th November 2022 – Voting stage closes

Monday 5th December 2022 – The Finalists are announced! Entrants will be notified by email
and the announcement will go out here on the awards website and on our media channels.

Monday 5th December 2022 – Submission Stage opens

Finalists will be asked to complete an online submission document, containing samples of their
work and reviews based on a real wedding experience which will be judged by our expert panel
of independent judges.

Monday 9th January 2023 – Submission stage closes! All Finalist submissions must be
received before 5.00pm to go forward in the competition.

Monday 27th March 2023 – Gala Awards Ceremony! The Oscars of the Wedding Industry,
make sure to book your tickets early! The winners of the 2023 weddingsonline Awards will be
announced live on the night at the amazing Black Tie event of the year! (Venue Mullingar Park Hotel). Winners
are also announced live on the night across our media channels ( Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
