Monday 22nd September 2025 – Nominations open. Entrants fill out and submit a nomination
form and complete payment.
Friday 17th October 2025 – Nominations close, categories confirmed (3 entrants minimum for
a category to go forward)
Tuesday 28th October 2025 – The voting stage opens! Now that you have nominated your
company or venue, you must canvas for votes from your supporters to be in with a chance of
making the shortlist for the top wedding suppliers and venues in Ireland.
Friday 21st November 2025 – Voting stage closes
Thursday 27th November 2025 – The Finalists are announced! Entrants will be notified by email
and the announcement will go out here on the awards website and on our media channels.
Thursday 27th November 2025 – Submission Stage opens
Finalists will be asked to complete an online submission document, containing samples of their
work and reviews based on a real wedding experience which will be judged by our expert panel
of independent judges.
Tuesday 2nd December 2025 – Awards Tickets go on sale
Friday 9th January 2026 – Submission stage closes! All Finalist submissions must be
received before 5.00pm to go forward in the competition.
Monday 9th March 2026– Gala Awards Ceremony at the beautiful Mount Wolseley Hotel, Co. Carlow! The Oscars of the Wedding Industry. Make sure to book your tickets early! (Tickets and Rooms will be available on Monday 10th November 2025). The winners of the 2026 weddingsonline Awards will be announced live on the night..venue TBC Winners are also announced live on the night across our media channels ( Facebook, Instagram)
