With 2023 on the horizon, we’re taking some time to celebrate ten beautifully stylish brides from our real weddings of 2022.
When you’re planning your wedding day look, discovering style secrets and gathering inspiration from past brides is a great idea. We adore sharing the love stories of our couples, and celebrating their special days.
Time to be inspired and swoon over these stunning real life brides…
Kaitie planned a beautiful spring wedding with sage green and blush pink tones, all the way from Canada! She chose a layered lace dress with a plunging V-neckline and a large lace train. Her shoes were ivory and lace, with simple pearl earrings to complement the look.

Sinead planned her April wedding during the pandemic, but it certainly didn’t dampen spirits! On her wedding day she wore an elegant gown teamed with chic up style and veil. Her bridesmaids wore gorgeous berry toned dresses which set the colour scheme for the day.

We adored Carolines minimalist wedding style. Her dress was simple and classic, purchased in MK Bridal in Navan by a Ukrainian designer, Ria Tener. She added a touch of subtle glam with a diamanté Trimmed veil (also purchased in MK Bridal) and wore a bespoke crown made by Sarah Deering.

Amy and Dirk celebrated their union with a destination wedding in the Algarve. She wore wore a classic satin, Ivory dress with lace back detail and a boat neck. It also had a bow on the front and a very long train.

Lorna and Jenny are one very cool couple, just look at their style! Lorna and Jenny knew exactly what type of wedding they wanted: relaxed and unfussy, with an element of classiness. They really just wanted to give their nearest and dearest the best day without compromising on comfort!

Martina wore an ivory tea-length House of Mooshki dress called “Sarah”, made of lace with lots of tulle underskirts and a tie at the back to her colourful spring wedding. She got it altered to form a bow at the front and left the back plain (it had a row of buttons up the back already). Her shoes were T-bar shoes with diamante and lace that matched the dress perfectly!

How pretty is Nicola’s cardigan? She had the rather last minute thought to find a suitable cardigan, which she found on Zara in the week before the wedding, which perfectly complemented her ballgown style wedding dress.

We love Helen’s romantic wedding gown. The dress was by designer Anna Kara and bought in Folkster bridal shop in Kilkenny. She first tried on the dress in Dec 2019 and then didn’t see it again until July 2022 (thankfully it still fit).

Stella had incredible bridal style! Her dress was the Elora Gown from Madi Lane. It was so comfy and fitted with the perfect length train. Not too long and easily managed. Stella wore a pair of sandals from Wish, which matched the lace on the dress.
