12 Fun & Easy DIY Projects To Do with Your Bridesmaids

Your wedding is exciting for lots of people in your life, particularly your family and bridal party! If you’re looking to get them involved and enjoy some pre-wedding fun, why not rope them in to a few DIY sessions (make it all the more appealing with take away/wine of course)! There are some great projects that would make for a fun night in with your girls and that would add a lovely personalised feel to the wedding morning. 1. DIY Wedding Countdown Sign

We love a good countdown sign (so much so we actually have a post dedicated to them). It’s one of the best ways to keep track of the days and get you all excited for the Big Day. 2. Sequin Hangers for You & the Girls

Lots of brides are adding bridal hangers to the wedding shopping list so if you’re looking to save a few quid and have a fun DIY night with the girls, these pretty sequinned DIY hangers would be a really fun project to try! 3. Pretty Up the Champagne Flutes

There’ll be plenty of swilling champagne on the wedding morning and to be fair you probably won’t care what form it comes in but if you’re one for details and can’t resist a cute bow, this is an easy way to make your glasses fit for your gorgeous bridal party! 4. Personalised Coffee Cup Sleeves for the Bridal Party

We’ve seen this cute idea pop up in a few real weddings and we love it! It’s a great way to get the morning celebrations started and it’s really easy to do as well. The robe trend has really caught on and we’re seeing all manner of gorgeous cover ups pop up on Pinterest from fab floral satin numbers to fluffy towelling robes! If you’re looking to give yours the personal touch and have a fun girly get together, round up the troops and have a DIY session where you and the girls get creative with some transfers and make your own wedding morning robes. 6. Mrs Tee for the Wedding Morning Fun

If you’re not into robes or are more of a shorts and tee kind of gal, this little tutorial will be right up your street. And it doesn’t just have to be for brides – why not make some tees for your bridesmaids or mam as well! Okay, so this is more of a print job but why not enjoy some nibbles and drinks while you’re at it – a great excuse to have the chats with your closest pals we say! This nifty little printable can be popped on your door before the gang arrive so everyone knows where you’re getting ready. 8. ‘No Ugly Crying’ Hankies for the Maids

It’s an emotional day all round and some hankies will defo come in handy for the bridal party. If you and the girls want to have a bit of a giggle while you’re crafting your hankies, give them a funny twist by sewing ‘No Ugly Tears’ on to them. 9. Bridal Bouquet Charms

If any of the girls are particularly crafty, they might like to help you with this cute little idea!
