An experienced professional Wedding DJ will select a mix of music that will suit all tastes and include every generation. You want music that the wedding couple and their friends will enjoy and dance to, but you don’t want your older guests to feel excluded. A professional Wedding DJ knows how to mix the music so that everyone from your younger guests to your grandmother has a great time and feels included. Below is a list of just some of the most popular songs requested at weddings:1. Galway Girl –  Sharon Shannon2. Proud Mary – Tina Turner3. Footloose – Kenny Loggins4. Maniac 2000 – Mark McCabe5. Sweet Caroline – Neil Diamond6. Don’t Stop Believing – Journey7. I Gotta Feeling – The Black Eyed Peas8. Jump Around – House of Pain9.  Thunderstruck – AC/DC10. There is always the big chart hit of the moment – this is always changing! At Midland DJs, we always encourage each and every one of our couples to submit a short playlist of their favourite songs which in turn we can include over the course of the night. It’s important to note there is no set playlist for any one wedding. Each and every wedding is different and should be treated that way.
