Font is a key feature in many stationery designs and if you’re looking to go that extra mile and ensure your wedding invites look as beautiful as can be, some handscripted lettering is an elegant finishing touch. Irish company Soulscribe Calligraphy are the pros when it comes to this beautiful art form and can hand-write your invites, addresses or even place cards or menus for an extra special touch (they can do signs and table plans too!). Their beautifully hand-written invites will ensure your stationery suite looks the part and it will save you a job as well.

P.S. If you’re after a truly personal gift idea for your parents, bridal party, hubby or wife, Soulscribe Calligraphy can also transform a reading, song, poem or your first dance lyrics into a piece of Artistic Calligraphy which you can frame and cherish forever.

Envelope liners are a fun little addition to stationery suites that are popping up more and more! If you’re looking to pretty up your envelope or add a pop of colour, some glitz or a personal touch like a monogram or your initials, this is a gorgeous way to go about it. Envelope liners are essentially patterned cards that you slip in to the envelope to give it a luxurious or fun feel. You can opt for patterned paper such as stripes, florals or glitter card to complement your wedding invite, or if you’re going simple and elegant with your invite, why not use the liner to introduce some colour or your initials if you’re having them as a bit of a motif for your day. Many stationery designers now offer envelope liners as part of their suites so have a chat with them if it’s something you’re interested in.
