Set in a beautifully restored 1961 Volkswagen Splitscreen panel van lovingly known as ‘Rosie’, it can dole out all sorts of gorgeous drinks to guests after the ceremony. They provide freshly roasted coffee from an Irish boutique roaster with everything from lattes and flat whites to cappuccinos, Lyons and herbal teas and hot chocolate with trimmings on the menu. They can also offer a cocktail bar including hot toddies, mulled wine, Baileys hot chocolate, Prosecco, Pimms or G&T if you’re after an adorable station for your reception.

They can cater up to 100 pizzas an hour (from 50 to 500 people) and the happy couple can even get involved in making their own pizza on the day.
