How did you meet and get engaged?
We got engaged after 10 years together. We met packing shelves in the local supermarket!

Describe your wedding:
We had a classic Christmas wedding.

Tell us about your bridal look:
I had never seen myself in a ball gown, but always go with your gut. I miss my dress already!

What did your bridesmaids wear?
The most beautiful dresses for a Christmas wedding. Warm burgundy velvet dresses from Ted Baker.

What was your ceremony like?
Kilkenny Castle surrounded by fog. There couldn’t have been a more perfect setting.

Tell us about your wedding venue:
River court! A 4 minute walk from our ceremony but why walk when we could get a train. Being Christmas we organised a Santa Train the brought our guests over to our reception. Went down a treat!

What is your favourite memory from your wedding day?
The ceremony. If you haven’t been to Kilkenny Castle pop it on the bucket list! We also made sure our day was full of music which was so special to us both. Harp in the Castle. Guitar in the reception. Snare drum walked us into dinner finished by the best band!

Have you got any advice for other couples?
Don’t stress over the little things. Spend on good photographs and a video if possible. They help with the memories of the best day.
