“Our wedding theme was classic and simple elegance – white, black & forest green with a hint of gold.”

Ciara and Darragh met on a J1 in Ocean City in America.
“Darragh brought me to New York on a ‘work trip’ but little did I know that it was for a very different type of trip! He planned on proposing in Central Park and carried the ring around in his pocket all day. In the end he decided to propose in the hotel room, just the two of us and it was just perfect.”

Although it was in a big Cathedral, our ceremony still felt intimate and very personal. Astral Strings did our instrumental music and it was gorgeous.”

“Kilronan Castle was always going to be our wedding venue. The decision was so easy for us. I used to go for tea there when I was younger with my mum and nanny and just fell in love with it. I was so happy Darragh fell in love with it too. The venue is so beautiful, the staff were incredible and the food was amazing. It was our dream venue.”

Mark and Fiona (The Fennells) blew us away with the moments they captured. They brought so much fun and calmness to the day and made us feel completely at ease when the nerves started to creep in. They are true professionals from beginning to end and played a huge part in making our day so special.”

Ciara and Darragh absolutely love 80s music so Springbreak were a must-have for them! They were incredible and so much fun – the dance floor was jam-packed all night! They also had Leanne & Ally from DJ and Sax perform at the drinks reception and The Singing Divas (waitresses) during dinner. Both were amazing, entertainment was an important  part of the day for them.

There was honestly so many moments, I’m not sure I can pick just one! But I did love when it was just myself, my husband and our wedding party in the courtyard outside while the guests were called to dinner. Just before our entrance. It was the first moment of calmness after all our photos and the wonderful morning chaos. We had a drink and laughed so much. Then walking into a room full of the people we love the most as husband & wife.”

“Take time to soak it all in. The day goes by so fast so just make sure you take a moment with your husband to stop and listen to your musicians, admire your flowers, eat the cake and soak up all the love and fun in the room.”
