Looking to make your wedding rings extra special? We went straight to the experts and asked our wedding band specialists, John from The Wedding Band Shop and Robert from Rocks Jewellers about the best way to personalise your wedding rings. Here’s what they had to say…

90% of couples get their wedding bands personalised. When it comes to personalising your wedding band make sure that the message is personal to the both of you. You can have your initials engraved in each other’s rings or your wedding date. We have seen a number of couples getting their rings engraved in Gaelic here at Rocks Jewellers, for example Mo chroí meaning my heart or Gra’ mo chroí meaning the love of my heart. Another nice idea is to get your signature engraved in your partner’s ring.

If you are looking to personalise your wedding rings, engraving is the way to go. The message can be just the name and date on the inside of the band (so he will never forget your anniversary!) or something more intimate. At The Wedding Band Shop, we offer free engraving on all our wedding rings and can even laser engrave fingerprints onto our contemporary range of wedding rings.
