I think it is so specific to your skin type so try before the big day is my advice. I prefer gradual tan like St. Tropez every day, it gives a natural glow. TIP: Walking up the aisle a bronzed goddess may not look too well if you partner has a good oul Irish complexion! Everything in moderation. Make sure you trial the tan and exfoliate appropriately before and if you do go with a spray, have it two days before the wedding… oh and a light spray on the face is essential!

Tan is such a personal choice, for me, I find that tan doesn’t seem to come up very well on me, even when I’ve done all the prep possible in the week beforehand. My skin would be dehydrated and a little dry. I go for St. Tropez spray tan and also the same when I’m tanning at home.

I love Cocoa Brown tan, it comes in different shades from light to dark so there’s one for every skin tone and it’s at a reasonable price point. It’s available in Boots and all pharmacies. If your’e going to get a spray tan done, make sure that you get a trial so you know how it’s going to look on the day. I recommend just getting a very light spray on your face.

We all want a nice warm glow to our skin, the natural tan look is very popular, that’s why I love Vita Liberata spray tan or Vita Liberata Body Blur, available on the high street.

I love working with bBold Professional Spray Tan. It applies like a dream and gives that beautiful glow that every bride looks for. Cocoa Brown Golden Goddess Oil is amazing to enhance certain features such as collar bones and cheek bones.
