Meet Robyn and Conor, who planned a laid back glamour wedding featuring lots of white with gold accents. We love that they found their dream wedding venue really early! In fact, Markree Castle was the only venue that they visited. They just knew it was the one!

Meet Kacie and Darren! They’ve been together for 12 years, engaged for 3.5 of them and recently tied the knot in a beautiful pale blue and peach Spring wedding.

We love that Carol and Derek planned a simple and non-traditional wedding. They wanted to include things that are special and meaningful to them! So, in keeping things simple, their wedding ceremony was a whopping 13 minutes long!

Lorna and Jenny knew exactly what type of wedding they wanted: relaxed and unfussy, with an element of classiness. They really just wanted to give their nearest and dearest the best day without compromising on comfort! 

Meet Christina and Gregory! They tied the knot earlier this year and went on a dream honeymoon, planned by the fabulous Sarah Appleton.

Kaitie and Pauric got married in spring and selected a floral theme with sage green and blush pink as their key colours!

“As it was a spring wedding I decided on nice blush pink tones for the bridesmaids and flower girl. The flowers were a mix of creams, blush pink and pale blues.”

We love the “Share love, not germs” hand sanitiser bottles and the beautiful berry and eucalyptus theme they chose.

“I went for an elegant theme, just white and gold. Simple decor which I did myself.”

“Our wedding was anything but traditional. We decided to go against the idea of having a bridal party. So the only colours we had to focus on were the bride and groom’s. As I’m sure you’re aware, The Village Barn speaks for itself. It’s a rustic, eclectic mix of decor where there’s something to catch your attention around every corner.”

“As it was winter time we were drawn to colours of forest green, cream and burgundy. And these were reflected in the flowers and bridesmaid dresses.”

“Upon visiting Tankardstown I was immediately struck by the gardens, I felt like we were in Italy. The theme became, old world new with elegance and chicness! I like simple themes and went for a white/ivory colour palette.”
