Jodie and Fergal were blessed with sunshine for their big day in Marlfield House last August, with the bride wowing in a stunning A-line gown which took her from day to night by removing the lace overlay. After the surprise proposal on Jodie’s birthday, the couple set about organising their big day with light peach, cream and greens playing a big part in the decor choices. Family and friends pitched in with Jodie's aunt crafting organza and Gypsophila pew ends for their romantic ceremony and a stunning peach cake made by a family friend (and brought all the way from the UK!) for their elegant reception. Alan and Michelle married in August this year in the stunning setting of Glasson Country House Hotel & Golf Club in Athlone. Ciara and Mark met in Chicago in the summer of 2007, where they spent the summer months getting to know each other as colleagues before Ciara returned home to Ireland. They stayed in touch and eventually, after countless emails, phone calls and trips to and from the windy city, Mark finally persuaded Ciara to take a chance on a one-way ticket instead. The couple married in July this year in a romantic ceremony at Ballymagarvey Village, and created a beautiful and personal travel theme to both share their own love story and to make their Irish and US guests feel very special indeed. Patrick and Tolani married in July this year with a stunning reception on the grounds of one of the most renowned hotels in Ireland - The K Club. Their romantic soft pink and ivory theme set the tone for a grand affair, before wedding guests let their hair down on the dancefloor. Gillian and Wesley were married in August this year in an emotional ceremony decorated to perfection. A Chuppah functioned as the altar, while the aisles were lined with an avenue of bay trees. After Colin pulled off one of the most well-planned surprise engagements, himself and fiancee Sarah-Jane set about planning a laid back wedding that celebrated the city they both grew up in with the people closest to them. Their short and simple civil ceremony in the Dublin City Registry Office was followed by a stroll through Stephen's Green for photos in the sunshine, followed by Champagne and dinner in the beautiful Merrion Hotel, Dublin.
