Oh, Claire Pettibone, how you do spoil us! This season the American designer is back with another incredible range of beauties for you to drool and day dream over. Pettibone’s Spring 2014 collection is named after the French word ‘decoupage’, which is the craft of decorating objects by layering paper cutouts over each other by hand. We’re endeared by this enchanting collection of soft, ethereal, unmistakably Pettibone gowns that combine delicate textures, subtle appliqué and striking embellishments to create wedding dresses dreams are made of.

Abigail is a spectacular silk a-line gown, embellished with applique flowers on the neckline and bust and finished with delicate lace cap sleeves.
Silk sheath Gladys adds style and shape to the wearer with beautiful Chantilly lace peplum detail. The cute lace cap sleeves provide just a little hint at what’s to come – a striking cameo style sheer back, embellished with bow tie ribbon and rose detail.
This twist-on-traditional Leaver’s lace gown is highlighted with a very sexy silk ribbon lace up back. The deep v-neck is balanced with conservatively wide straps and finished with a sweet scalloped puddle train.
Charlotte has to be, for us, the embodiment of the Pettibone mantra. Sheer, chantilly lace full length sleeves, a dreamy a-line scalloped skirt and the most delicate vintage floral belt and blue daisy button back combine to make this gown look like it came from the heavens!
