Five Summer Mocktails We’re Loving

Just because you’re skipping alcohol doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the cocktail fun – simply turn it into a mocktail and let the celebrations begin! Today we’ve chosen five mocktail recipes that are perfect for summer weddings in the sunshine! 

The Love Mocktail

Ingredients:

Cranberry juice

Grapefruit juice

Monin Raspberry syrup

Lime juice

Dash of sugar

Method: Add all ingredients to glass, mix, add ice, lime wedges and raspberries to garnish.

 

Coconut Lavender Lemonade Mocktail

Ingredients: 

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup lavender syrup

2 tbsp honey or agave nectar

2 cups cold water

Ice cubes as desired

Optional garnish: lemon slices, lavender sprigs 

Method:

  • Blend the Base: Combine coconut milk, lemon juice, and lavender syrup in a blender.
  • Sweeten it: Add honey or agave nectar and blend again.
  • Dilute: Pour in cold water until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Strain: Use a strainer to remove any pulp or bits. Pour into a pitcher.
  • Serve: Fill cups with ice cubes and pour in the mocktail.

 

Strawberry Basil Smash Via Roxys Favourites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra strawberries and basil for garnish

Method:

  1. In a glass, muddle the sliced strawberries and basil leaves with sugar until well combined and juicy.
  2. Add the lemon juice and stir to mix everything together.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with extra strawberries and basil leaves for a beautiful presentation.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Basil Smash!

 

Lavender Blueberry Spritzer via Roxys Favourites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup lavender syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish

Method:

  1. In a glass, muddle fresh blueberries until slightly crushed.
  2. Add ice cubes to the glass, followed by lavender syrup.
  3. Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and a few whole blueberries on top.

 

Mimosa Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • Non alcoholic sparkling wine (Or sparkling water) 
  • Orange Juice
  • Pineapple Juice

Method: 

Simply add all ingredients to a champagne flute and enjoy!
