8 Beautiful Unplugged Wedding Signs that Won’t Offend your Guests

Planning & Advice

Chances are if you’re on Facebook (and lets face it, most of us are!) you’ll have seen the photos wedding photographers have posted pleading with wedding guests to stop pulling their cameras out at very important moments and getting in the way of their shot. Yes, Uncle Pat we’re looking at you! No-one wants their first kiss as husband and wife ruined because a guest has stepped in the way of the photographer, so to combat this many couples are now making their weddings unplugged.

Some couples don’t mind guests taking photos but if this grates on you a little it’s completely fine to ask that they keep their cameras, phones and iPads away until at least the ceremony is over. All you have to do is ask nicely and your guests are sure to oblige. To help you out we’ve chosen eight lovely wedding signs that inform your guests in the nicest possible way. It’s important to remember your guests don’t intentionally get in the way of your photographer, they’re just excited and want to capture the memories for themselves, so offering to share your professional photos after the day makes a lovely gesture.
