Straight off the bat, we must admit that today's modern and minimalist wedding palette isn't for everybody, and indeed it takes quite an eye for the unusual and a soft but firm hand with styling to really pull it off. Modern, industrial style weddings are really taking off at the moment, with couples looking to keep it contemporary with a city style of chic suits, signature cocktails and concrete and copper fixings.
The vibe is a fresh, cool and elegant urban soiree. Think geometric copper 'vases', sparkling Edison lightbulbs, pared back greenery and gorgeous, glamorous shades of grey. Modern signs and font-based decor are a big part of this look, and there are plenty of bits and pieces you can get a hold of to pull off the look in places like IKEA, H&M Home, Etsy and Ebay.
