Today we’re sharing a stunning wedding film from Grace and Toby at GT Pro Media. Lloyd and Chiara were married in July and held their marquee wedding in the garden of Lloyd’s parents house, in Stilton, Cambridgeshire.
After getting engaged on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland the couple decided to tie the knot in Italy, as Chiara is half-Italian.
“We loved the idea of getting married abroad, however a month into planning we had a lovely surprise and found out I was pregnant. That changed things slightly and we decided to get married after the baby was born. We wanted to get married in church so we chose our local church which is beautiful. Lloyds parents have a lovely house in the fens with a large garden so we decided on a marquee there. It meant no restrictions for us and we could pretty much have what we wanted,” explained Chiara.
The couple chose soft, romantic tones for their day which blended well with the beautiful natural environment. “ I loved the vintage bunting which we thought went well and centrepieces were birdcages with simple pretty flowers. Lloyds best man had a VW camper van which they went to the church in and that went well with the vintage theme,” added Chiara.
“Our day went very smoothly and it was more than we ever could have hoped for – for us it was perfect. Saying I do to each other was definitely a highlight as well as the speeches. They were all brilliant, we felt so happy to be there with all our friends and family enjoying a drink, good food and lots of laughs nothing could be better,” said Chiara.
Chiara’s Advice
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Nobody cares if there are favour boxes or if every little thing is in the right position. Try to take a few moments just you and your partner sit back and take in your special day as it goes so fast. Do have the wedding and your day filmed. It was one of the best decisions we made. It is so lovely to watch back the day all the little things you didn’t get to see. As I said it goes so fast it’s wonderful to re live the day all over again. Our wedding Videographers Grace and Toby at GT Pro Media were absolutely fantastic I cannot praise them highly enough their service is second to none. The amount of hard work and planning from visiting the church and speaking to the vicar and working with their sound system, to running around in a field to get a perfect shot was completely brilliant. They are fun, energetic and fantastic with children and adults alike, they are a great team.
