Ian Buttimer and Sorcha Tully met at a Christmas party back in college in Dublin in December 2006. Ian proposed on the banks of the canal in Dublin in December 2012, they are very excited to be getting married in 2015 and have been busy adding lots of personal details to their day.
“We have really enjoyed the planning process and have sought every opportunity to personalise our day from making our own invitations to sewing bunting by hand for our engagement shoot to have beautiful photos on our wedding day.
We shopped around for a photographer as we felt a photographer would be an important aspect of our day. I was instantly drawn to Christopher Dolinny when I found his website. I loved the natural style of his candid shots. We met with Chris and knew that he was the right person for the job. He is as passionate about the art of photography as we are about each other. He is very professional and always responds to our questions promptly. We couldn’t recommended him more highly,” said Sorcha.
“Chris was the person who suggested the romantic location for our engagement shoot in Howth. I had worked there so we had a personal connection with the area too. We are delighted with the finished product. We know that our wedding photos will be in safe hands with Chris. We are glad we had an engagement photo shoot as we both had the opportunity to get to know Chris and we will feel comfortable with him on the day,” added Sorcha.
