Purple has always been a hit with Irish weddings, and although purple’s darker, more Gothic pal Marsala may be the shade of ’15, we know we’ll be seeing plenty of pretty purple palettes in this year’s most chic weddings. Those planning their nuptials for some time might remember the top colour of 2014, Radiant Orchid, a deep, berry purple which mixed perfectly with bold pinks and fabulous forest greens, this shade is a fabulous choice for autumn/winter brides but our pick of the summer shades this year has to be a soft and pretty pastel purple.
