1. Finalise every last detail

Whilst you will have everything booked now is the time to get in touch and reaffirm the plans for the day. Run through all your suppliers and drop them a quick call, email or message to confirm time, date and any exact requirements that you had previously chatted about. You will feel a lot better when you get those exciting replies from all your suppliers.

2. Try your full outfit on

For one final time before the day itself, gather everything together and try it on. Trust us, you’ll be glad you did, and remember to break in your wedding shoes for ultimate dancing ready feet!

3. Make final decisions on the table plan

You should (we hope!!) have received your final RSVP’s from all your guests - if not, get on the phone!

With details of all guests attending you should now finalise your table plan and share it with your venue and wedding co-ordinator. We understand the table plan can be daunting to create but remember to place close family and friends closest to the top table and try to seat people together who will enjoy each others company.

4. Sort all the legalities

You’ll have this sorted long before two weeks out but now is a great time to ensure all legal requirements are sorted - this really is the most important part of your day. Whilst the legal side of things isn’t the most exciting part of the planning journey it is vital you get it right! For more information on where to start have a look here.

5. Share out all the tasks

To ensure you have all tasks looked after, and you have the best stress-free day, sharing out the tasks is essential. It’s time to get your bridesmaids and grooms party together and hand out the tasks they are in charge of both before, during and after the wedding day. If you’re feeling a bit like a teacher, don’t worry, this is one of the reasons you chose them to be apart of your day!

6. Don’t forget self-care

In the middle of your excitement and nerves, maintaining your self-care needs is crucial. Whether that looks like a weekly sauna sesh, an evening walk with your bestie, or simply a night in front of Netflix, looking after yourself is so important before the biggest day of your life - don’t skip this step!
