The overall feel for Irene and Harrisons wedding was elegant, intimate and effortlessly relaxed, with a refined countryside atmosphere and a soft boho-chic touch. The couple chose a sophisticated palette of sage green and soft neutral tones, while the bridesmaids wore a rich forest green that added depth and contrast. Everything blended beautifully with the natural surroundings of Borgo di Tragliata, the warm candlelight and the understated floral styling.

There were many thoughtful touches that made the celebration feel deeply personal. They chose to have a beautiful first look before the ceremony, and the ceremony itself was especially meaningful as it was led in both Italian and English by one of the bride’s oldest friends, someone she has known since kindergarten. The heartfelt speeches also added so much warmth and personality to the day, making it feel intimate, emotional and full of character.

Feedback from their photographer: As their photographer, my role was to tell the story of the day in a natural, honest and unobtrusive way. Rather than forcing moments, I focused on capturing the atmosphere they had imagined: elegant but relaxed, stylish but never stiff, full of emotion, personality and genuine connection. From the quiet anticipation before the ceremony to the laughter, speeches and celebration later on, my goal was to preserve the feeling of the day as much as its beauty.

The weather was absolutely lovely and perfect for their outdoor ceremony: sunny, warm and bright, with a gentle summer breeze that made the whole celebration feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. It was one of those perfect Italian September days that feels golden from beginning to end.

Guests loved the live music during the day, which created a joyful and elegant atmosphere, and then the energy shifted beautifully into the evening with a DJ that kept everyone dancing and celebrating late into the night. The whole day felt lively, warm and full of fun without ever losing its sense of style.

We adore the florals throughout Irene and Harrison’s day. A simple palette of greens and whites shown through modern floral choices.

What made this wedding so special was the way it balanced elegance and spontaneity so naturally. It felt stylish and refined, but also deeply joyful, warm and full of genuine emotion. There was a beautiful mix of Italian and English culture throughout the day, and the entire celebration felt personal, relaxed and full of life. It was the kind of wedding where every moment felt real.
