The day was planned by Paula and Kristina from Dubrovnik Luxury Weddings Ltd;
“Planning with Denise and Darren was easy, they pretty much let us do our magic. They wanted a Church wedding in the Old town, followed by drinks in a bar next to the church, everything was more about people having fun and enjoying the day.”
Denise wanted to incorporate the colours of her stunning wedding dress into the theme. Her dress was a show-stopping floral gown with sweetheart neckline and off the shoulder sleeves. The colours of the day were earthy, natural colours of green, deep red and a some of pink which was reflected in the bridal bouquet, signage and table decor.
Denise and Darren treated their guests with the upmost care and attention, which was very important to them. Everything element of their wedding day was about the comfort of their friends and family, starting from the drinks served to food and music. Fans were provided in the church so guests were comfortable on the hot sunny summers day. The menus were personalised and they had special cocktails prepared and offered to guests at the dinner reception. The boat cruise was one of the highlights on the day, as they enjoyed drinks and had speeches on the boat, while slowly cruising to the dinner reception venue.
Entertainment on the day suited the relaxed but personalised wedding. Guests loved the cello player in the Church and a special highlight of the day was a sax player for party who joined the DJ.
