Harriet and Lorenzo chose Italy as a backdrop of their wedding because Cascina is right next to Lorenzo’s hometown. Their day embraced a delicate blend of rustic and chic. Wildflowers and dried arrangements adorned every corner, from the centerpieces to the candlelit tables that shimmered.
The ceremony was undoubtedly the heart of the day, set under an open sky.
Every moment of the wedding day had personal touches. Harriet’s wedding dress was embroidered with delicate floral details, a perfect reflection of the countryside, she paired the dress with elegant ballet flats. They prepared the photos of the years together and the important moments of their couple life.
For the reception, a long wooden table was the centerpiece, creating the ambience of a joyful family dinner under the twinkling fairy lights. It was a decision Harriet and Lorenzo were very proud of, as it brought everyone together in a shared celebration of love and laughter. Cascina Capitanio pastry chef created the perfect cake for them. The culinary highlight of the evening was their naked cake, a combination of chocolate and red berries adorned with dried flowers, crafted by the talented pastry chef of Cascina.
