Most Requested Ceremony Song:
Can’t Help Falling in Love (Elvis) – There are so many beautiful interpretations of this song, which I love as it gives me the freedom to add my own style to it. It can be slowed right down for a really emotional entrance or performed more upbeat for the exit. I actually had one bride who chose a slower version for her entrance and then a more upbeat version for her exit. It was the only time I’ve used the same song like this in one ceremony and it worked so beautifully, such a unique and gorgeous idea.
Favourite Song to Perform:
Spancil Hill – I love performing this song as it’s such a beautiful and nostalgic Irish ballad. The storytelling in it is so vivid and romantic and it often resonates deeply with couples and their guests, especially those from abroad with strong Irish roots or connections. There’s something really special about the emotion it brings to a ceremony.

Here are a three very different … but equally popular wedding ceremony songs …
—
Most Requested Ceremony Song from the 80s
“Simply The Best” – Acoustic Version
One of my most requested choices for wedding ceremony music in Ireland, as it becomes a really emotional and romantic aisle song when performed acoustically.
Most Requested Ceremony Song from the 00s
“Love at First Sight” – Acoustic Version – from the 00’s
A beautiful nostalgic choice that works perfectly as a stripped-back performance for couples looking for something a little different.
Traditional Ceremony Choice
“Grace” – Irish Classic
A timeless piece of traditional Irish wedding ceremony music that always creates a very emotional moment.
Shane and Aoife Hennessy

Orla & Niall – The Wedding Duo

Our most requested song has been a Coldplay favourite — a special mix of Viva La Vida and A Sky Full of Stars. It perfectly captures the feeling of our day: emotional, joyful, and full of love.
Our most unusual (but unforgettable!) request? The Darth Vader theme as the bride appeared at the aisle — a surprise tribute to a very devoted Star Wars fan waiting at the altar. Safe to say… it made quite the entrance.
