Every outfit begins with a personal design consultation where Zana and her team listen carefully to each client’s vision. From there, custom patterns are created, luxury fabrics are sourced, and fittings are carried out to ensure a flawless finish.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Zana recommends beginning the creation process approximately 6 months before the wedding. This allows ample time to source the perfect fabrics, create bespoke patterns and carry out all necessary fittings.
FABRICS
Only the finest luxury fabrics are used, including duchess satin, brocade, lace and chiffon — all carefully sourced to bring each client’s individual vision to life.
PRICING
A unique bespoke outfit starts from approximately €750–€850, reflecting the craftsmanship, time and care that goes into every creation.

Our Design Process
Initial Consultation (approx. 1.5 hours):
We begin with a one-to-one consultation where we discuss your event, personal style, and the look you wish to achieve. During this appointment, you will try on sample garments (toiles) to identify the most flattering silhouettes for your figure.
You will also have the opportunity to view a wide range of pieces from our collection in the studio. Together, we will agree on key design details such as dress length, neckline, and sleeve style.
- Design & Pattern Creation
We create a bespoke design tailored to your preferences, including sketches and expert guidance to ensure the style is the most flattering for your figure.
A key part of our unique service is the creation of a personalised pattern based on your exact measurements and chosen design, ensuring a flawless, perfectly tailored fit.
- Fabric & Colour Selection:
We design our own luxury fabrics in our signature colours, produced in leading French and Italian mills. This ensures each outfit offers exceptional quality, a perfect fit, and a beautifully refined finish, as well as comfort when worn. We also incorporate carefully selected embellishments to bring your vision to life. - Fittings & Final Adjustments:
Minimal fittings are required thanks to precision pattern cutting, but final adjustments ensure a perfect finish.
How Long Does the Process Take?
- Typically 8–10 weeks for made-to-measure outfits
- In some cases, especially during busy periods, the process may take 8–16 weeks

Aideen Cross Designs
Aideen Cross Designs offer a professional custom made bridal & occasion wear service, specialising in bespoke wear for the mother of bride/groom.
The process of having a bespoke outfit made typically takes 3-5 months. The timeline depends on the of the design, type of fabrics, and depends on seasonal factors.
The initial consultation will involve sketching out designs and looking at fabric swatches and discussing budgets. Aideen has an extensive selection of fabric swatch’s from Irish and international suppliers. In the second visit you’ll be confirming designs and fabric choices and setting dates for the 2-3 fittings.
Aideen will always guarantee to have the outfit completed and ready for collection at least 5 weeks before the wedding date.
