#### 1. Charlotte Tilbury “Pillow Talk”
Why I Recommend It:
Charlotte Tilbury’s “Pillow Talk” lipstick is an absolute classic in the world of bridal makeup. This beautiful nude pink shade offers a semi-matte finish that perfectly enhances the natural lip color. I’ve used this shade countless times on my brides, and it never disappoints. The “Pillow Talk” lip pencil combo adds definition and ensures the lipstick stays put all day. It’s a luxurious option that’s an all-time favorite and a must-have in every bridal makeup kit.
#### 2. Charlotte Tilbury “Nude Romance”
Why I Recommend It:
“Nude Romance” by Charlotte Tilbury is another gem that I love using on brides. This peachy fresh nude lipstick is universally flattering, making it ideal for any bride. Its satin finish gives a subtle glow, perfect for a radiant bridal look. Pairing it with the Charlotte Tilbury “Iconic Nude” lip pencil creates a seamless, polished pout that looks natural yet sophisticated. This luxurious option is perfect for brides who want a soft, romantic look.
#### 3. MAC “Modesty” (Cremesheen)
Why I Recommend It:
MAC’s “Modesty” is a neutral-toned, muted pink that is my go-to nude lipstick in the mid-range price category. Its Cremesheen finish provides a soft sheen and comfortable wear, making it ideal for brides who prefer a more understated, natural lip. This shade complements a wide range of skin tones and adds just the right amount of color without overpowering the overall look. It’s a reliable choice that blends effortlessly with any bridal style.
#### 4. Maybelline “SuperStay Vinyl Ink Liquid” Lipstick in Cheeky 35
Why I Recommend It:
For brides on a budget, Maybelline’s “SuperStay Vinyl Ink Liquid” Lipstick in the shade Cheeky 35 is a fantastic option. This pinky nude shade is slightly cool-toned, which works beautifully when paired with the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk lip liner. Its budge- and smudge-resistant formula ensures that the lipstick stays in place throughout the day, even through kisses and toasts. It’s a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on quality or longevity, making it a brilliant choice for brides who want long-lasting, nude color.
Each of these lipsticks has its unique strengths, but all share a common trait—they’re perfect for creating that timeless, elegant bridal look. Whether you’re after luxury or looking for something more budget-friendly, these lipsticks are sure to deliver beautiful, lasting results on your special day.

•MAC Boldly Bare lipliner
•MAC Modesty lipstick
•SCULPTED BY AIMEE Lip dew gloss
One of my top lip combinations, ideal for nearly every bride, is MAC Boldly Bare lip liner or MAC Soar lipliner paired with MAC Modesty lipstick, complemented by Sculpted by Aimee’s Pink Lipdew gloss.
MAC’s Boldly Bare lip liner paired with Modesty lipstick creates a versatile and flattering combination. Boldly Bare defines the lips with a muted beige-pink hue, while Modesty adds a soft, peachy-pink finish, perfect for a natural yet polished look suitable for any bride. By using MAC’s Soar lip liner, it gives the over all look more of a pinkish shade.
Sculpted by Aimee’s Lip Dew Gloss offers a hydrating formula with a high-shine finish, enhancing lips with a glossy and radiant look
•MAC Soar lipliner
•MAC Creme cup lipstick
•DIOR addict lip maximiser
Another one of my favourites is MAC Creme Cup! This lipstick differs to MAC Modesty by offering a soft, creamy pink shade that is subtle yet enhances the lips with a gentle, luminous finish. This shade complements various makeup looks, adding a touch of elegance without overpowering the overall appearance.
Dior addict Lip Maximiser is a lip plumper enriched with hyaluronic acid, known for hydrating and plumping lips for a fuller appearance with a glossy finish.
•MAC Redd lipliner
•MAC Russian Red lipstick
For those who adore a red lip, one of my favourites is MAC Redd lip liner with MAC Russian Red lipstick.
MAC’s Russian Red is a classic, flattering shade of red with a hint of blue undertone. It’s bold yet elegant, long-lasting wear and a sophisticated look.
However, if you haven’t worn a red lip before, I wouldn’t recommend it for your wedding day due to its higher maintenance requirements.
SCULPTED BY AIMEE
•Lip duo ~ pink pair
•Lip dew gloss ~ Pink
I adore Sculpted by Aimee’s Lip Duos, especially the shade Pink Pair! This product combines a rose toned lip liner with a soft pink lipstick all in one, making it so convenient for brides. It enhances lips with a natural pink tone, ensuring a fresh and polished look and it’s perfect for quick touch ups being an all-in-one product. For the perfect finish, I recommend pairing it with Sculpted by Aimee’s Lip Dew Gloss.

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant Lightly Scented
Before applying any long-lasting lipstick I will always make sure that my clients’ lips are well moisturised and are not in any way dry or flaky. This is why I use Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour Lightly Scented Cream (always a ‘must have’ staple in my kit!), which always does the job in helping relieve chapped, cracked dry skin. To me it is the ultimate go-to for lip hydration. In fact, if my clients don’t like the feeling of a lipstick, I will simply use a lip liner all over the lip to give a longer lasting colour, with a little dollop of the Eight Hour Cream in the centre of the lip to add more natural feeling moisture.
The Dior Rouge Forever Transfer-Proof Lipstick
The problem with a lot of the long lasting lippies is that they can feel very matte and dry on the lips. This is why the Dior Rouge Forever Transfer-Proof Lipstick is a bit of a winner as it applies like butter with a rich pigment, but it lasts all day with comfort. The secret is to wait three minutes after application to let the lipstick sink in.
MAC Locked Kiss Ink 24 Hour Lipcolour
If you don’t mind the feeling of a slightly more velvet, matte lip, MAC’s Locked Kiss 24 Hour Lipcolour really doesn’t budge all day. There are approximately fifteen different shades in the collection and the texture is also completely waterproof. You can even add a little lip gloss over the top and it still won’t move!
Maybeliine SuperStay Vinyl Ink Lipcolour
For a more budget friendly option, Maybelline’s Super Stay Vinyl Ink Lipcolour hydrates, but has a very opaque pigmentation which will most certainly do the job of staying put. It has a slightly more glossy creamy finish and a really pleasant chocolate flavour and scent.
