Starting with Oysters and Champagne in the main Lodge, you will then dine in one of the estate’s greenhouses under a canopy of grape vines and apricot trees. This cold lunch hosted by Richard Corrigan will include his seafood classics such as whole poached lobsters, seafood gazpacho, roots, shoots & leaves from the gardens and the first of the new potatoes – finishing with fresh summer berries foraged from the orchard.
