The challenge officially starts today, so prepare yourself to change your habits! When our 12 Week Wedding Workout Challenge is complete, we’ll calculate the most active SAW’er. Post your healthy meals and your daily activities and remember to use #SAWfitness! This workout should be done 3-4 times a week, and you should ideally work do some cardio (like cycling or jogging) on your off days. You can take a rest day if needed, but keep going!
