I recommend Spatone. It is a liquid you add to OJ and is gentle but effective. I found the tablets instantly contipated me. Others say it isn't strong enough but I found it great. I was taking two sachets a day when I felt very tired. [img:2katth6g]http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/detail/936214b.jpg[/img:2katth6g]

I had to see a haematologist for very low iron and he put me on Galfer tablets twice a day. I take them with orange juice and so far, have been absolutely fine - i.e. no constipation!!!

I really think my iron must be low- haven't had any bloods done yet but think I get them done at GP visit next week. I've started taking sanatogen pro-natal every other day cause I also get instantly constipated if I take iron so thought ever other day mightn't be so hard. I know tiredness is normal but this morning for example I could hardly get out of bed. I was in bed at 9 and asleep at 9.30 last night but even as I started to wake up I knew I would be shattered today- and I'm not wrong :o( Can't wait to get my bloods done so I'll know either way.
