what do you suggest, I play Gaa so I train 2/3 times a week, was thinking of starting yoga (but a home dvd) or the davina dvd any recommendations or suggestions...
im getting married in Sept & really want to tone up too. moreover my tummy area. i think i am going to get back into the walking again i found it fab the last time.

I ordered the davina power of 3 dvd from ebay, have done it twice already it is super for working the muscles. its divided into 3 sections that work on arms, legs/bums, and stomach. so if you wanted to do one section more often than the others its good. the legs and bum section is a killer tho! be prepared to rest for a few days after that, although if you play gaa your probably a bit fitter than i am!!!
