A5 Mass booklet template!

Girls, I tried and i failed has anyone got one of these that they could send to me! Im desperate....... I know i have loads of time but all my attempts so far have been woeful!!

Anyone have an A5 mass Booklet Template...tried a few but unsuccessful...getting married in 2 weeks so haven't much time!
