Advice/Support needed please

Hey girls! I really need some advice or support or something ....anything! I am 30 with an underactive thyroid (supposedly under control) and in the past 3-4 years, I have put on a massive 3 stone and I am just so disgusted with myself. I try to motivate myself to eat better and exercise but end up falling off the wagon again and again. have any of you had similar motivation issues/health issues? what worked for you? any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. I need to take control of this now as it is just ruining my life.

Hi. I hope you already have answers with your question. But if not, here are some food that is good for you: -Cruciferous vegetables. Eat them raw, cooked or juiced. ... -Brazil nuts. These are the richest dietary source of selenium, which is essential in converting thyroxine to its active form, T3. ... -Sea vegetables. ... -Chlorophyll. ... -Maca. ... -No gluten. ... -No soy protein isolate. Hope it can help.
