I bought a treadmill online 4 weeks ago it worked for a day and then broke

the company were lovely and ordered me a new one which i had 5 days later by courier and is working great

,
the company said they would send someone out to pick up the faulty treadmill !! that was 3 and a half weeks ago and the faulty treadmill is still in my front hall taking up the whole place

I have rang twice and keep getting fobbed off and am starting to lose my patience

I dont think they are going to come back at all
the problem is does anyone know how long i legally need to hang on to a faulty item??
