Afters food

If I'm having 190 at the afters of my wedding how nanny people would I order for food I've heard of people only ordering for 3/4 of the people??

I asked my venue for what numbers to get and that sounds about right but then they said if it runs low they will get more and not to worry. Maybe order some and then ask the venue if they can do the same?

Our venue automatically did it for 60% plus cake, was plenty.

My contract outlining the package states 3/4 of the total number for evening buffet. I'd say it is plenty.
