Alterations

Just wondering whate everyone else has been charged for alterations to their dress, and what amount of work was involved....

i was quoted €200 but their was a lot of work involved. dress has beading on the end and needs to be taken up so all the beading has to come off and then put back on

All the shops I went to told me that alterations would be extra and depending on the dress varied between 120 and 200euro. The dress I decided on they have offered to add on some more detail at an extra cost. At present there is no beading/detail yet. I think all shops will charge for alterations
