Any info on Breast Feeding

Just wondering does anyone have any links to articles that show the benefits of breast feeding? I keep finding things that tell you the benefits but it's all very vague. Everything I've read says about immunity and allergies but it doesn’t go into now long this immunity lasts etc. Guess I'm just looking to see how see how long term the benefits are etc. Just looking for something more concrete.
