Any technically minded people on at the moment?

I can't open the internet or email or any software that needs an internet connection, all of the programmes just say 'Programme not Responding', but my internet connection seems fine. I'm going mad! I'm supposed to be working from home Are there any computer experts on who could tell me if they think I have a virus? I can't even open Control Panel.

Have you tried restarting your computer? It seems to solve a lot.

Sadly, I have.. several times in fact. I think I've broken it and now I'm just going to have to go home and watch the afternoon show or something if I can't manage to get something running.. ah jaysis..
