Anybody know how to make the baby move

Hi ladies Any ideas baby is stuck up in my ribs and is putting to much pressure on my already injured back seriously painfull, anybody know how to make it move ??

An exercise ball is meant to move baba down near the end so might work now? The midwife told me to sit forward and on my front where possible from 34 weeks instead of lying back on the couch etc so that the baby's back is to my front iykwim? HTH

Thanks mrs w i actually cant even sit down anymore going to the ball this week so i can stop walking in circles in my house.

11 weeks left and i hate complaining because i know thers a lot worse people out there with bad pregnancy but i dnt know how i'm goinv to last till the end everyday in pain. Doing physio , taking tylex using hot water bottles and still in agony. There goes me moaning again !!!
