Anyone get their alterations done in Bertex Brides?

I have ordered my dress through Bertex brides in Jervis St and I am not sure whether to get my alterations done there or not as the girls are just plain rude. As anyone got their dress done with them and if so how did it turn out??

I did, I had the train removed form the dress and the top needed fitting around my sad skinny shoulders. They weren't girls though - it was two older ladies, around my Mam's age. I didn't find them rude at all, very much the opposite. They did a fantatstic job too.
